 Undoubtedly one of the most spectacular eco-tourism routes in the City of Rio de Janeiro!
The meeting point is at Praia Vermelha (at the right of the walk), at 8:00 a.m., where the kayaks will already be positioned and athlete and instructor Simone Duarte will present the equipment, distributing the lifesaving vests and briefing participants on positioning, rowing and how to behave at sea.
At 9:00 a.m. the group will start crossing the 1,800 meters across Cotunduba Island, always with a support boat following the group closely. Reaching the island, the boats will be tied and the group will proceed on a short walk to the amazing rocky walls, a beautiful natural aquarium and one of the most spectacular views of Copacabana!
Next, participants will enjoy a snack, with cookies, cheese, fruit, cereal bars, juice and water. Before returning, the group may go snorkel diving around the Island, where beautiful turtles are usually seen.

Price includes equipment, snack, masks and snorkel for diving around the island, support boat and stretching exercises both before and after the activity.
