 One of the most exciting routes in Rio de Janeiro! The view of the entrance to the Guanabara Bay, Praia Vermelha and Pão de Açúcar (Sugar Loaf) is unforgettable. The track requires 3-hour climbing, with a 3-difficulty rate, and all participants are required to use complete climbing equipment (equipment included).
When you reach the top of Pão de Açúcar, you are rewarded with a fantastic view: the whole city at your feet. From Baía da Guanabara (Guanabara Bay), you wil be able to see the entire southern region, the downtown area, the mountain city region, Niterói, Urca, etc. This is where we stop for a rest and to enjoy our snack.
On our way back, we take the passenger cable cars up to Morro da Urca (Urca Hill) and then descend through the Morro da Urca track until we reach Cláudio Coutinho Track.
The meeting point is at the central monument of Praia Vermelha Square, at 8:00 a.m
Price includes stretching exercises both before and after the activity, a snack on track and insurance against personal accidents.

Pico da Tijuca (Tijuca Peak) |

 This route begins with a Land Rover Tour departing from São Conrado, through Estrada das Canoas (Canoe Road), with a stop at Mesa do Imperador (Emperor’s Table) and Vista Chinesa (Chinese View). From there, the group proceeds to Tijuca National Park, passing by Cascatinha Waterfall, the Visitors´ Center, the Chapel and Bom Retiro, where participants will do some stretching exercises before starting Tijuca Peak Track. On completion of the track, the group will return through the Estrada das Canoas to the meeting point in São Conrado.
Located in the central part of the Tijuca Forest, Pico da Tijuca (Tijuca Peak) is the highest mountain in the entire Park (1,022 meters high). After climbing stone carved stairs, built in the beginning of the 20th century when King Albert of Belgium visited Brazil, participants will see one of the most spectacular landscapes of the city of Rio de Janeiro!
At the top, we will see all of Rio de Janeiro’s southern and northern regions, the beaches, Pedra da Gávea (Gávea Rock), Maracanã Soccer Stadium, Baia da Guanabara (Guanabara Bay), the mountain cities and Niterói. The track is average difficulty rating, and requires some physical effort.
When reaching the top, we may have a rest and enjoy our snacks and the landscape, with the entire city right below our feet. We return through the same track until we reach Bom Retiro.
